Eligibility Criteria for the Moroccan Government Scholarship 2025-26:

For Undergraduate Studies:

• Everyone from any nationality can apply.
• Age: 19-23 years old
• Hold a CAPE/Associate Degree (Grade A or B) in 2024 or preparing the same degree in 2025
• Maintain a good academic record during the last two semesters of study

For Master’s Studies:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field
• Academic standing: 1st or 2nd class honors or equivalent recognized diploma
• Good academic record

For PhD Studies:

• Hold a Master’s Degree or equivalent recognized diploma
• Clear doctoral thesis project required at the time of application

• Police record
• Medical certificate from the public health department
