Applications are now open for the 2026 UNIV’R Master’s Scholarship Programme. The UNIV’R Programme (Campus France, UNHCR, AUF) is now open for applications for Master’s-level studies in France starting September 2026. You can choose up to two masters programmes from the participating universities.
Eligibility requirements:
- Be recognized refugees (not asylum-seekers)
- Live in a first country of asylum outside the EU
- Be 30 years old or younger
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3)
- Have B2 level in French or English (depending on programme language)
Benefits
The programme offers:
- Full scholarship (living costs, travel, social security)
- No tuition or visa fees
- Administrative support + student housing
- Long‑stay student visa (individual; no family reunification)
