Recruitment of twenty (20) Language Teachers for the Bilingual Training Programme

The Minister of state, secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic hereby announces to the general public that a recruitment of twenty (20) Language Teachers for the Bilingual Training Programme that shall take place in November 2019.


Interested candidates must fulfill the following conditions:

• Being of Cameroonian nationality
• To hold the DIPES II option Bilingual Letters
• Being integrated into the Public Service
• Have a professional experience of at least five (05) years

Application forms, which must reach the nearest Regional Linguistic Center or the Center Linguistique Pilote of Yaoundé no later than 30 November 2019, must be understood.

• A stamped handwritten application addressed to the Minister of State, Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic
• A copy of birth certificate
• a certified copy of the National Identity Card
• A criminal record of less than three months old
• A medical certificate signed by a doctor practicing in a public hospital
• A certified copy of the DIPES II
• The certificates of presentation of the original of the DIPES II and the License
• An effective certificate of presence
• A curriculum vitae signed by the candidate
• An act of integration into the Civil Service
• A commitment on the honor to serve in one of the Bilingual Language Centers of the country whatever it is, in case of recruitment

Recrutement de vingt (20) Enseignants au Programme de Formation Linguistique Bilingue

Le Ministre d’Etat, Secrétaire Général de la Présidence de la République porte à la connaissance du public qu’un recrutement de vingt (20) Enseignants au Programme de Formation Linguistique Bilingue aura lieu en novembre 2019


Les candidats intéressés devront remplir les conditions suivantes:

• Etre de nationalité Camerounaise
• Etre titulaire du DIPES II option Lettres Bilingues
• Etre intégré(e) dans la Fonction Publique
• Avoir une expérience professionnelle d’au moins cinq(05) ans

Les dossiers de candidature, qui devront parvenir au Centre Linguistique Régional le plus proche ou au centre Linguistique Pilote de Yaoundé au plus tard le 30 Novembre 2019, délai de rigueur, devront comprendre

• Une demande manuscrite timbrée adressée au Ministre d’Etat, Secrétaire Général de la Présidence de la République
• Une copie d’acte de naissance
• une copie certifiée conforme de la Carte Nationale d’Identité
• Un extrait de casier judiciaire datant de moins de trois mois
• Un certificat médical signé par un Médecin exerçant dans une formation hospitalière publique
• Une copie certifiée conforme du DIPES II
• Les attestations de présentation de l’original du DIPES II et de la Licence
• Un certificat de présence effective
• Un curriculum vitae signé par le candidat
• Un acte d’intégration à la Fonction Publique
• Un engagement sur l’honneur à servir dans l’un des Centres Linguistiques Bilingues du pays quel qu’il soit, en cas de recrutement
