The Fulbright Foreign Student Program is administered by binational Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies.
The program is open in the USA for 4,000 Students (Masters and PhD) who are citizens of more than 155 countries worldwide, including countries in Africa. The number of awards varies per country, but approximately 4,000 foreign students receive Fulbright scholarships each year.
