1) Highly qualified refugees:
- Hold refugee status and were granted before April 2nd, 2023.
- Reside in one of the designated host countries: Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, or Uganda.
- Possess a completed Bachelor’s degree at the time of application, demonstrating eligibility for Master’s studies in Germany.
2) Highly qualified graduates from designated African countries:
- Hold citizenship in Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, or Uganda.
- Reside in one of the specified countries: Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, or Uganda.
- Have completed a Bachelor’s degree by the time of application, meeting the necessary qualifications for Master’s studies in Germany.
