The Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, on the proposal of the Vice Chancellor of the University of Bamenda, decides:
A competitive entrance examination into year one of the Higher Institute of Commerce and Management (HICM), of the University of Bamenda, for the 2024-2025 academic year has been launched in the following Departments:
